Hey Randy - have I missed any .... or is this the next one...
Hey Randy,
Nice deer!!! I've not learned anything new, but I play everyday so I'm getting pretty good at the old stuff. I think I will go to Kaufman's workshop in Buxton, NC in January. Maybe get re-inspired.
I thought "Ernest" was a good poem.

Hi, you are a very interesting person, if no one else has told you. The people commenting appear to be very interesting too. I don't eat venison. Is it really good? Don't you have to hunt for it?
@Neeka1 - Consider yourself blessed beyond measure that you don't!
LOL ~ I don't KNOW any of the foods you hate that were listed in your profile....hehe
I think the Apostle Paul is a great writer too... never thought of it that way, but now that you mention it, yeah... he is one of my favs.
Hey Randy! My ancesters on 3 sides - German. Only maternal grandmother claimed English ancestry & she was born on St. Patrick's Day. Many of your favorites are mine, too. I became "Celticized" about 22 years ago & love the music. Your picking is brillant!
~~Blessings 'n cheers!
I grew up in Alaska so moose meat was more common than deer meat. Moose stew is mmgood! I haven't ever had the privilage to go hunting game myself. I'm pretty sure I'd chicken out last minute in pulling the trigger on deer unless I was desperate enough. Now moose, thats another story. Hand me the gun!
@God_hears_me - I have never eaten moose, but have heard that it is greasier and stringier than deer meat. Deer is the ultimate steak because there is no fat, no cholesterol, nothing bad in it. Absolute rocket fuel for the body and the soul!
Does deer meat taste a lot different than moose meat? Steak was a prime staple in my family home growing up. I know I had deer meat then, but I wasn't exactly a carnivorious connoisseur at the time. I just knew that if it was steak I would surely eat it.

@flatpick46 - Are you on the road or are you back at home?
@Neeka1 - *waving* right back at ya!!
*waves*
@Neeka1 - no you haven't missed any!
